Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all proxy, data collection, and related technical services provided by IPWeb (“the Company”) to users.
Before using the Services, please read and understand this Refund Policy carefully. By purchasing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy in its entirety.
- 1. General refund principles
1.1 Because the services provided by the Company are digitally delivered and immediately usable on demand (including but not limited to proxy IPs, bandwidth, traffic, request quotas, API access, etc.), unless expressly stated in this Policy, all fees paid are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable.
1.2 Once the service is activated, your account is granted access, and traffic or proxy resources become available, the service shall be deemed to have commenced.
- 2. Non-refundable situations
In the following circumstances, users are not entitled to a refund, including but not limited to:
2.1 The service has been fully or partially used, including but not limited to:
- Any proxy traffic / GB has been consumed
- Any requests or connections have been initiated
- A proxy pool, API key, or account permissions have been activated
2.2 Issues arising from the user’s own conduct, including but not limited to:
- Misconfiguration or improper use
- Insufficient technical ability or failure to follow documentation
- Failure to pass anti-scraping, risk control, or verification mechanisms on target sites
- Changes to target site rules, algorithms, or blocking policies
2.3 Outcomes due to the following risks or limitations:
- Blocking, rate limiting, verification failures, or access failures on third-party sites (e.g. Google, Amazon, TikTok, Cloudflare, Akamai, etc.)
- IPs flagged by target platforms, reputation degradation, or restricted access
- Unstable access due to network differences across countries/regions
2.4 Conduct by the user that violates the Company’s Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), or applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Abuse of proxy resources
- Automated attacks, fraud, illegal acts, or infringement
- Attempts to circumvent risk controls, CAPTCHAs, or security systems
- 3. Exceptions where a refund may be requested
If all of the following strict conditions are met, you may apply to the Company for a refund:
3.1 You submit a refund request within 24 hours of purchase;
3.2 For reasons not caused by your own conduct, one of the following applies to the service:
- The service remains continuously unavailable after purchase
- The service has serious technical defects that prevent basic functionality as described
3.3 After receiving your report, the Company is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable period (within 24 hours);
3.4 At the time you request a refund:
- You have not substantially consumed related service resources
- You have not violated any of the Company’s policies or terms
If all of the above conditions are satisfied, the Company will decide, based on the circumstances, whether to provide a full or partial refund.
⚠️ If you submit an issue or refund request more than 24 hours after purchase, you shall be deemed to have accepted the service and confirmed that its quality meets your expectations.
- 4. Subscriptions and recurring services
4.1 Fees for all subscription services (monthly or other recurring billing) are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
4.2 You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next billing cycle begins. The Company will not refund fees incurred due to failure to cancel in time.
4.3 Cancelling a subscription affects future billing cycles only and does not affect access to services for periods already paid.
- 5. Refund processing method and timing
5.1 Refunds approved by the Company will be returned to your original payment method (e.g. credit card, PayPal, etc.).
5.2 Actual receipt time depends on the payment provider and bank processing; it is typically 5–10 business days.
5.3 The Company is not responsible for delays in refund receipt caused by third-party payment institutions or banks.
- 6. Taxes and exchange rates
6.1 All refund amounts exclude taxes, handling fees, or exchange differences already incurred, where applicable.
6.2 Any costs arising from tax or foreign exchange rules in your country or region shall be borne solely by you.
- 7. Refund requests and dispute time limits
7.1 Any refund or dispute relating to fees charged must be submitted to the Company in writing within three (3) months from the date the charge occurred.
7.2 The Company may refuse to process requests submitted after that period.
- 8. Final interpretation
The Company reserves the right of final interpretation of this Refund Policy and may update this Policy as required by law, business changes, or risk management needs. Updated policies will be published on our website at https://ipwebai.com and take effect immediately.
