3. Abusive automation

- Generating abnormal traffic through automated tools
4. Unauthorized data collection

IP proxy and network IP resource services provided by the Company are for lawful connectivity, technical testing, and commercial purposes only.
You must not use the Services for:
- Ad cheating or traffic fraud
- Bulk account registration or account manipulation
- Manipulating platform data or rankings
- Bypassing platform security mechanisms
- Unauthorized large-scale data collection
All proxy use must comply with applicable laws and regulations and with the terms of service of any target website or platform.
- IV. Rules for datasets and data APIs
Datasets and data API services provided by the Company are limited to lawful data research, business analytics, or technical development.
You must not:
- Collect or disseminate personal data without authorization
- Use data for unlawful surveillance or discriminatory purposes
- Illegally resell or redistribute data resources
- Use data in breach of applicable data license agreements
When processing data, you must comply with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to:
- GDPR
- CCPA
- Other relevant privacy and data protection laws
- V. Enforcement actions
To maintain the security and compliance of the Services, the Company may monitor and review user conduct as reasonably necessary.
If you violate this Policy, the Company may take any of the following actions:
- Suspend services
- Restrict certain features
- Terminate accounts
- Delete relevant data
- Report to law enforcement where appropriate
